The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances therein.
During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested by jl45 for identity verification purposes. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change.
jl45 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) on any account at any time, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.
All financial transactions on the jl45 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). jl45 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfer to and from major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted.
jl45 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals via cryptocurrency of any kind, nor via credit cards for gambling-related transactions, in compliance with current Philippine payment regulations and PAGCOR directives.
jl45 implements anti-money laundering (AML) controls in accordance with Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and cooperates fully with the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines. In no event shall jl45, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if jl45 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
jl45's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl45 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

Upon termination for cause, jl45 may withhold any balance in your account pending investigation. If no breach is ultimately established, any legitimate balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method. You may voluntarily close your jl45 account at any time by contacting customer support, provided there are no pending withdrawal requests or open investigations.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.
In the event of any dispute between you and jl45, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines. For disputes relating to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the relevant PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures shall apply.
jl45 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jl45 will notify registered users via the email address or mobile number on file, or by posting a prominent notice on the Platform.
